PLACES TO RIDE BY RIZE
Ziraat Botanical Tea Garden: I can say that it is one of the best places to drink Rize tea and taste. It's in the city center. You might be sure to tell the teapot instead of drinking the tea alone. It would be a great misfortune to come here and return without drinking tea.

ANZER SHELL

MATERIALS
2 full full meal spoon butter
(if you do not have health problems, if you like butter you can add 1 more spoon more delicious)
2 tablespoons corn flour
(I used roasted)
1 cup water and milk mixture (200 ml)
Thin sliced melted cheese as much as 1.5 -2 cups of water
(Trabzon colt cheese, loin cheese, tongue cheese, yada kaşar cheese)
half tea spoon salt
(if you use unsalted cheese such as tongue cheese you can increase the amount of salt a little more)

LAZ PASTRY
20 pieces of ready baklava yufkası
200 grams of butter
For the pudding: 5 cup milk
2 egg yolks
2 tablespoons
3 tablespoons corn starch
3 tablespoons sugar candy
1/4 tea spoon black pepper
For sherry: 1.5 cups of powdered sugar
1.5 cup water
1 sweet spoon lemon juice
Key point
To avoid small burns on baklava rolls during baking, remove the milk foam that has accumulated on the butter you have melted.
Cooking Advice
Instead of the ready baklava yufkası, you can prepare the sweet cake with the corn starch and you can prepare the sweet cake with the yufkalar. You can sprinkle the hazelnut or walnut inside on the pudding. You can prepare the lazi berry by wrapping the pieces of yufka that you chopped in thin strips with amulet filling.
How is it done?
For sweet syrup; Leave a deep tencered, watery and powdered sugar to boil, raucous fire. Take the lemon juice, which takes the syrupy consistency, from the heat to cool off after adding lemon juice.
For the sweet pudding; milk, egg yolks, flour, corn starch, powdered sugar and a pinch of black pepper. Blend until you get a smooth consistency, puddle in a medium thick, thick paste.
Mix with a mixer or hand blender after taking it from the furnace.
Mel the butter, which will win the real crisp to Laz's body, without burning it down.
Grease the oversized baking tray with melted butter and then cool one baklava dough to the oven tray.
Lubricate the ten baklava yufkas, which will form the base of the dessert, with butter and top up.
Spread it with a spoon on top of the hot custard layers of yufka you prepared.
One layer of baklava noodle is cool on the cream. After oiling it with butter, let the remaining yufkas top each other by lubrication.
After applying the remaining butter on top of the top layer of yufka, divide the bouquet into square slices with the help of a sharp knife.
Spread the cold syrup as soon as you get out of the oven on the sweet cooked for about 40 minutes until you get to the color in the preheated 180 degree oven. Share the sliced laz bacon with warm or cold lovers.
